Cheese Ball
Recipe Ingredients:
| 2 | pkg | (8oz) cream cheese |
| 1 | pkg | (6oz) sharp cheese |
| 3 | shakes of garlic powder | |
| 3 | shakes of red pepper | |
| tabasco sauce | ||
| 1 | tsp | lemon juice |
| 1 1/2 | cup | chopped nuts (pecans work well) |
| paprika |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | With electric mixer, cream all cheeses. Add spices and 1/2 cup chopped nuts; mix well. Put in refrigerator until firm (about 20 - 30 minutes). |
| 2. | Shape into large ball and shake paprika over shaped ball. Roll ball in remaining chopped nuts. |
