Layered Greek Dip
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 | pkg | (8oz) cream cheese, softened |
| 2 | Tbsp | milk |
| 1 | tsp | dried oregano leaves |
| 1/4 | tsp | pepper |
| 1 | container | (8oz) hummus |
| 3/4 | cup | chopped cucumber |
| 1 | plum tomato, chopped | |
| 1/2 | cup | crumbled feta cheese (2oz) |
| 1/4 | cup | sliced ripe olives |
| 2 | Tbsp | sliced green onion |
| purchased pita crisps or assorted crackers |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | In a small bowl stir together cream cheese, milk, oregano, and pepper. Spread on a 10-inch serving platter. Gently spread hummus on top. Sprinkle with cucumber, tomato, feta cheese, olives, and green onions. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with pita crisps or crackers. |
