Smoked Fish Spread
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 1/2 | lbs | smoked salmon, mullet, kingfish or other |
| 1/2 | medium | onion, minced |
| 2 | stalks celery | |
| 4 | clove | garlic |
| 4 | Tbsp | parsley |
| 3 | Tbsp | sweet pickle relish |
| 1 | Tbsp | yellow mustard |
| 4 | tsp | worcestershire |
| 3 | tsp | hot sauce |
| 1/2 | lime | |
| 2 | cup | miracle whip |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Pull apart the fish with a fork, being careful to remove any bones. |
| 2. | Mince the onion, celery, garlic and finely chop the parsley. |
| 3. | Add the onion, celery, garlic, parsley, relish, mustard, Worcestershire, hot sauce and lime to the fish and mix well. |
| 4. | Fold in the Miracle Whip to the consistency of your liking. Mix well and place in refrigerator for a few hours to chill. Note: Use your own judgment on the amount of each ingredient to tailor it to your liking. Note: Crab meat may also be substituted for fish. |
