Spicy Steak Fingers
Recipe Ingredients:
| 2 | lbs | tenderized steak |
| 1 | Tbsp | Cajun seasoning |
| salt and pepper, to taste | ||
| 1 | cup | flour |
| 1 | egg, beaten | |
| 2 | Tbsp | water |
| oil | ||
| ranch dressing |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Beat egg and water. |
| 2. | Cut steak into finger-size pieces. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper. |
| 3. | Dredge steak in flour. Dip in egg, then in flour again. |
| 4. | Fry in oil until golden brown. |
| 5. | Serve with ranch dressing as a dip. |
