Lemon-Lime Watermelon Agua Fresca
Recipe Ingredients:
| 10 | cup | seedless watermelon cubes |
| 1 | cup | ice water |
| 1/3 | cup | sugar |
| 2 | Tbsp | freshly squeezed lemon juice |
| 2 | Tbsp | freshly squeezed lime juice |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Combine 5 cups watermelon cubes and 1/2 cup water in blender container; puree. Transfer to bowl. Repeat with remaining watermelon and water. |
| 2. | Stir in sugar, lemon, and lime juices; mix until dissolved. Serve immediately over ice or refrigerate until ready to serve. If serving later, stir before pouring. Yield: 6 servings. |
