Cornbread (Teague Cornmeal)
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 | tsp | baking soda |
| 1 | cup | flour |
| 1 | tsp | baking powder |
| 1 | tsp | salt |
| 2 | cup | buttermilk |
| 1 | jalapeno pepper, diced | |
| 2 | Tbsp | oil in skillet |
| 2 | eggs, well beaten | |
| 2 | cup | +4 tablespoons Teague Cornmeal (sifted) |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Beat all ingredients together, beating well. |
| 2. | Heat greased cast iron skillet in oven at 425 degrees. Add 2 tablespoons oil. |
| 3. | Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. |
