Cornbread (Three Rivers)
Recipe Ingredients:
| 2 | Tbsp | sugar |
| 2 | cup | Three Rivers cornmeal mix |
| 1 1/2 | cup | buttermilk |
| 1/4 | cup | vegetable oil |
| 1 | egg | |
| 1 | jalapeno pepper, diced |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Preheat well-greased 10-inch cast iron skillet in 425-degree oven. |
| 2. | Blend all ingredients and pour into heated skillet. |
| 3. | Bake 20 – 25 minutes. |
