Bacon Breakfast Pie
Recipe Ingredients:
| 10 | oz | prepared shredded hashbrowns |
| 5 | eggs | |
| 1/2 | cup | shredded swiss cheese |
| 1/4 | cup | green onion |
| 1/2 | tsp | salt |
| 1/8 | tsp | pepper |
| 4 | drops hot sauce | |
| 1 | pkg | (12oz) bacon, cooked & crumbled |
| paprika |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | In a mixing bowl, beat eggs; add potatoes and remaining ingredients except bacon and paprika. |
| 2. | Pour into a well greased 10-inch glass pan. Sprinkle with bacon and paprika. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. |
| 3. | Place cold pie pan, uncovered, in a cold oven. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and eggs are done. Yield: 6 to 8 servings |
