Omelette Supreme
Recipe Ingredients:
| 2 | eggs | |
| 1 | Tbsp | milk |
| 1/4 | cup | shredded cheddar cheese |
| butter | ||
| cooked ham, chopped (or any deli sliced lunchmeats) | ||
| green onions, sliced (or white onion, chopped) | ||
| diced tomato | ||
| diced green bell pepper | ||
| chopped black olives | ||
| salt & pepper to taste |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Whisk eggs in a bowl and add milk. Add a little salt and pepper too if you like. Prepare all filling ingredients and have them nearby. Heat a little butter in frying pan. |
| 2. | Pour egg mixture into frying pan and cook on medium heat. When the egg starts to set, sprinkle with shredded cheese and whatever other fillings you like. Fold egg in half over fillings. Turn over once and serve warm. |
