Chicken & Rice Dinner
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 | Tbsp | oil |
| 4 | small | boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb) |
| 1 | can | (10 3/4oz) condensed cream of chicken soup |
| 1 1/3 | cup | water |
| 1/4 | tsp | paprika |
| 1/4 | tsp | pepper |
| 2 | cup | minute white rice, uncooked |
| 2 | cup | fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets (optional) |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. (Note: Increase oil to 2 Tbl, if using regular skillet.) Add chicken; cover. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet. |
| 2. | Add soup, water and seasonings to skillet; stir. Bring to boil. |
| 3. | Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings. |
