Chicken & Cheese Enchiladas
Recipe Ingredients:
| 6 | flour tortillas (7 inch) | |
| 1 1/2 | cup | chopped, cooked chicken or turkey |
| 1 1/2 | cup | (6oz) shredded colby & monterey jack cheese |
| 1 1/4 | cup | chunky salsa |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Preheat oven to 375F. In center of each tortilla, place 1/4 cup chicken, 2 Tbl cheese, and 1 Tbl salsa; Roll up. |
| 2. | Arrange seam-side-down in 8 inch square baking dish. Top with remaining salsa and cheese. |
| 3. | Bake 25 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. Makes 3 to 4 servings. |
