Chicken Satay
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1/4 | cup | peanut butter |
| 1/4 | cup | water |
| 1 | Tbsp | lime juice |
| 1 | Tbsp | soy sauce |
| 1 | Tbsp | grated ginger |
| 1 | Tbsp | brown sugar |
| 1 1/4 | lbs | chicken tenders |
| oil |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Whisk peanut butter and water with lime juice, soy sauce, grated ginger, and brown sugar until smooth. |
| 2. | Skewer chicken tenders; brush with oil, then grill 5 minutes, turning once until cooked through. Serve with sauce and lime wedges. |
