Ham & Broccoli Quiche
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 | pkg | (15oz) refrigerated pie crusts |
| 1 1/2 | cup | cubed, cooked ham |
| 1 1/2 | cup | (6oz) shredded swiss cheese |
| 1 | cup | frozen broccoli florets, thawed & drained on paper towel |
| 4 | eggs | |
| 1 | cup | milk |
| 1/2 | tsp | salt |
| 1/2 | tsp | dry mustard |
| 1/2 | tsp | pepper |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Preheat oven to 375F. Prepare pie crust as directed on package for one-crust filled pie using 9" glass pie pan. (refrigerate remaining crust for later use) |
| 2. | Layer ham, cheese & broccoli in crust. In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients; beat well. Pour over broccoli. |
| 3. | Bake at 375F for 35 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings. |
