Lemon Butter Tilapia
Recipe Ingredients:
| 10 | frozen tilapia fish fillets | |
| 1/4 | stick butter, melted | |
| 1 | lemon | |
| lemon pepper seasoning | ||
| dill weed |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Preheat oven to 375F. Rinse and place thawed tilapia fillets in shallow baking pan. |
| 2. | Brush fillets generously with melted butter. Slice lemon and squeeze juice evenly over fillets. |
| 3. | Sprinkle fillets with lemon pepper seasoning, followed by a light sprinkling of dill weed. |
| 4. | Bake uncovered in oven for 20 minutes, or until fish flakes when pierced with a fork. Yield: 10 servings |
