Mushroom Beef Burgers
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 | lbs | lean ground round |
| 2 | cloves garlic, minced | |
| 1/2 | cup | mushrooms, finely chopped |
| 2 | tsp | worcestershire sauce |
| 1/4 | tsp | freshly ground pepper |
| 4 | hamburger buns | |
| 1 | small tomato, thinly sliced | |
| spinach leaves |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | In medium bowl combine ground round, garlic, mushrooms, worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Shape meat mixture into 4 patties. Cover and chill 1 hour. |
| 2. | Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill burgers, covered, 4 to 6 minutes or until a meat thermometer registers 160F. Serve on buns with tomato and spinach. |
