Rosemary-Sage London Broil
Recipe Ingredients:
| 2 | Tbsp | finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves |
| 3 | Tbsp | finely chopped fresh sage |
| 2 1/2 | tsp | olive oil |
| 1/2 | tsp | seasoned salt |
| 1/2 | tsp | garlic pepper |
| 2 | cloves garlic, minced | |
| 4 | (9oz each) flank steaks (London broil) |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Preheat broiler. Blend rosemary, sage, olive oil, seasoned salt, garlic pepper, and garlic in small bowl. Spread mixture evenly on both sides of steaks; press lightly to help mixture adhere to meat. |
| 2. | Place steaks on rack of broiler pan. Broil 2 to 3 inches from heat 6 to 9 minutes on each side or to desired doneness. Yield: 8 servings |
