Stir Fry Beef
Recipe Ingredients:
| Stir Fry Sauce Ingredients: | ||
| 3 | Tbsp | soy sauce |
| 2 | tsp | to 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/4 | tsp | garlic powder |
| 1 | tsp | sugar |
| 1 | tsp | lemon juice |
| Stir Fry Beef Ingredients: | ||
| 2 | Tbsp | olive oil |
| 2 | boneless steaks, thin sliced | |
| 1/3 | medium | green bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips |
| 1/2 | medium | red bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips |
| 1/2 | medium | onion, thinly sliced |
| 2 | celery stalks, chopped into 1/2-inch pieces | |
| 4 | oz | white button mushrooms, sliced |
| 12 | salted cocktail peanuts, whole or 24 halves |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Stir Fry Sauce: Mix all of the Stir Fry Sauce Ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside. |
| 2. | Stir Fry Beef: Heat oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Saute beef strips until golden brown, about 10 minutes. |
| 3. | Spread the beef to the outside of the skillet, add the onion to the center of the skillet and cook until soft. |
| 4. | Then add the pepper, celery and mushrooms. Cook until crisp tender, about 2 minutes. Add the stir fry sauce and heat 2 minutes. Add the peanuts and cook 2 more minutes. Serve immediately. Serves 2 people. |
