Almond Crescent Shortbread
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 | cup | butter |
| 1/3 | cup | fruit sugar |
| 1 1/2 | cup | to 2 cup flour |
| 1/2 | tsp | salt |
| 1/4 | cup | ground almonds |
| 1/3 | cup | extra fruit sugar |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Put all ingredients into a bowl. Mix together with a mixer. |
| 2. | Take by the teaspoon and shape into crescent shapes. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. |
| 3. | Bake at 275F for 15-20 minutes. They should not be brown. |
| 4. | Roll in the extra fruit sugar while still warm. |
