Amish Sugar Cookies
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 | cup | sugar |
| 1 | cup | powdered sugar |
| 1 | cup | butter or margarine |
| 1 | cup | cooking oil |
| 2 | eggs | |
| 4 1/2 | cup | flour |
| 1 | tsp | baking powder |
| 1 | tsp | baking soda |
| 1 | tsp | cream of tartar |
| 1 | tsp | vanilla |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Combine sugars, butter and oil, beat well. Add eggs and mix well. |
| 2. | Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cream of tartar and vanilla. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator overnight. |
| 3. | Make into small balls and flatten slightly with a fork. Bake at 375F for 10-12 minutes. Do not over cook. |
