Blueberry Cake
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 | box | cake mix |
| 1 | stick margarine, room temperature | |
| 4 | eggs | |
| 2/3 | cup | milk |
| 1 | Tbsp | vanilla extract |
| 1/2 | Tbsp | almond extract |
| 1 | pkg | (8oz) cream cheese, softened |
| 1 1/2 | cup | sugar |
| 1 | container | (8oz) Cool Whip |
| 1 | can | blueberry pie filling |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | In a large bowl, combine cake mix, margarine, eggs, milk, vanilla and almond extract. Makes 6 layers, each layer = 2/3 cup of batter. Bake for 10 minutes at temperature on cake mix box. |
| 2. | Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Mix in sugar and fold in Cool Whip. Spread over each layer, then spread blueberry pie filling over frosting of each layer and finish with blueberry pie filling on top of cake (after you frost it). |
