Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 | pkg | (12oz) butterscotch chips |
| 1/3 | cup | butter or margarine |
| 2 | cup | graham cracker crumbs |
| 1 | cup | chopped nuts |
| 1 | pkg | (8oz) cream cheese, softened |
| 1 | can | (14oz) sweetened condensed milk |
| 1 | tsp | vanilla extract |
| 1 | egg |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | In medium saucepan melt butterscotch chips and butter; stir in crumbs and nuts. Press half of mixture firmly onto bottom of a greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan. |
| 2. | In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk, vanilla, and egg; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Top with remaining crumb mixture. |
| 3. | Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool at room temperature, chill before cutting into bars. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 24 bars. |
