Cheesecake
Recipe Ingredients:
| 2 | lbs | cream cheese |
| 4 | or 5 large eggs (not XL) | |
| 1 1/8 | tsp | vanilla extract |
| 1 1/4 | cup | sugar |
| 1 | graham cracker crust |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Mix cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs one at a time & blend after each one. Add sugar & vanilla. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust. |
| 2. | Bake at 225F for 1 1/2 hours; jar oven door & let cool for 30 minutes. Take out of oven & let rest away from draft until set. |
