Cheesecake Buffet Tarts
Recipe Ingredients:
| 6 | Keebler Ready-Crust Single Serve Graham Crust | |
| 4 | oz | cream cheese, softened |
| 1/4 | cup | sugar |
| 2 | tsp | lemon juice |
| 1/4 | tsp | vanilla extract |
| 1 | egg | |
| 1/2 | cup | sour cream |
| 1/4 | tsp | vanilla extract (another for topping) |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Preheat oven to 325F. In medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar, lemon juice & vanilla. Add egg, beating well. |
| 2. | Place tart crusts on baking sheet and pour in filling. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. |
| 3. | To prepare topping, in small bowl combine sour cream, sugar & vanilla. Spread over tarts and bake about 10 minutes longer. Cool. Chill 2 to 3 hours. Garnish with fresh fruit or a spoonful of any flavor canned pie filling. Serves 6 |
