Cherry Cream Cheese Pie
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 | 9" graham cracker crumb crust | |
| 1 | pkg | (8oz) cream cheese, softened |
| 1 | can | (14oz) sweetened condensed milk |
| 1/3 | cup | lemon juice from concentrate |
| 1 | tsp | vanilla extract |
| 1 | can | (21oz) cherry pie filling, chilled |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, until smooth. Stir in lemon and vanilla. |
| 2. | Pour into prepared crust. Chill 3 hours or until set. Top with desired amount of pie filling before serving. Refrigerate leftovers. |
