Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 1/2 | cup | sugar |
| 1/2 | cup | margarine or butter |
| 1/2 | cup | shortening |
| 2 | eggs | |
| 2 3/4 | cup | flour |
| 2 | tsp | cream of tartar (rounded) |
| 1/4 | tsp | salt (rounded) |
| 1 | tsp | baking soda (rounded) |
| 2 | Tbsp | sugar (for coating) |
| 2 | tsp | cinnamon (rounded) |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Preheat oven to 400F. Mix sugar, margarine, shortening, and eggs. |
| 2. | Stir in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. |
| 3. | Take a round teaspoonful of dough. Dip into sugar and cinnamon. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes. |
