English Chocolate Brownies
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1/2 | cup | plain flour |
| 5 | Tbsp | cocoa powder |
| 1 1/4 | cup | caster sugar |
| 2 | eggs, beaten | |
| 1/2 | cup | melted butter |
| 1 | tsp | vanilla extract |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Preheat oven to 350F. You will need a greased 8" spring form cake pan with loose base. |
| 2. | Sift the flour and cocoa powder together in a large bowl. Add the sugar and mix in the eggs. Add the melted butter and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly before pouring into the cake pan. |
| 3. | Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes. Makes 8-12 servings. NOTE: The best way to melt the butter is to boil some water and put a small amount in a glass bowl. Put the butter in another bowl and stand it in the water; stir. |
