Firemen Cookies
Recipe Ingredients:
| 2 1/4 | cup | brown sugar |
| 1 1/8 | tsp | salt |
| 2 1/4 | cup | granulated sugar |
| 4 1/2 | cup | oats |
| 1 | lbs | butter (4 sticks) |
| 1 | pkg | (12oz) chocolate chips |
| 4 1/2 | cup | flour |
| 1 | cup | nuts |
| 2 1/3 | tsp | baking soda |
| 5 | eggs | |
| 1 | tsp | vanilla |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Cream eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla. |
| 2. | Add dry ingredients except oats to creamed mixture. Mix well. Stir in oats, chocolate and nuts. |
| 3. | Use an ice cream scoop to place 4 scoops on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375F until flattened and brown. Unused dough can be frozen in a plastic bag. |
