Grama Jones Coconut Cake
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 | box | yellow cake mix |
| 1 | box | vanilla instant pudding |
| 1 1/2 | cup | water |
| 4 | eggs | |
| 1/4 | cup | oil |
| 2 | cup | coconut flakes |
| 1 | cup | pecans or walnuts |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Blend cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in large bowl. Beat at medium speed 4 minutes. Stir in coconut and nuts. |
| 2. | Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch pans. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes in pans. Remove, cool on rack. (Use with Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting recipe) |
