Grilled Pina Colada
A unique pineapple dessert with coconut sorbet.Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 | can | pineapple rings |
| 2 | Tbsp | dark rum |
| 1/2 | cup | jarred caramel topping |
| coconut sorbet |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Sear pineapple slices on the grill quickly (just enough to get the marks). |
| 2. | Add 2 Tbsp dark rum to 1/2 cup jarred caramel topping, and drizzle over a scoop of coconut sorbet placed atop the pineapple. |
