Homemade Fudge Sauce
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 1/2 | cup | semi-sweet chocolate chips |
| 2 | Tbsp | butter or margarine |
| 3/4 | cup | evaporated milk |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Melt chips and butter in saucepan over low heat. Stir until melted. |
| 2. | Add evaporated milk and gently stir with whisk. Continue to heat and whisk until first smooth. Then heat until glossy and thick. Set aside until serving time; sauce will thicken upon standing. |
| 3. | Serve warm over ice cream. Store remaining sauce covered in refrigerator. Yield: 1 3/4 cups |
