Irish Nut Newtons (crust)

Recipe Ingredients:

3/4lbsbutter (3 sticks, softened)
1pkg(8oz) cream cheese, softened
3cupflour


Recipe Instructions:

1.   Blend the butter & cream cheese which have been softened at room temperature. Add flour and blend with a fork.
2.   Press together with hands to form a dough. Pinch off small pieces to make 48 one inch balls. Flatten each ball and fit into the gem tart pan (greased).
