Kate's Cream Cheese Pie (filling)
Recipe Ingredients:
| 7 | Tbsp | sugar |
| 1 | Tbsp | flour |
| 1 | tsp | vanilla extract |
| 8 | oz | cream cheese |
| juice from lemon half | ||
| 2 | egg yolks | |
| 2 | egg whites, beaten |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | In a bowl, mix first 6 ingredients together well. Last, fold in 2 beaten egg whites. |
| 2. | Pour filling into pie pan. |
| 3. | Bake 55 minutes at 350 degrees. You can sprinkle cinnamon on top or use cherry filling or pineapple glaze. |
