Rocky Road Brownies
Recipe Ingredients:
| 3/4 | cup | all-purpose flour |
| 3/4 | cup | sugar |
| 1/4 | tsp | baking soda |
| 2 | eggs, slightly beaten | |
| 3 | Tbsp | water |
| 1 | tsp | pure vanilla extract |
| 1/3 | cup | butter or margarine |
| 2 | cup | (12 oz pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate morsel |
| 1 | cup | (6 oz pkg.) white chocolate morsels |
| 1/2 | cup | chopped black walnuts or walnuts |
| 1/2 | cup | chopped pecans |
| 1/2 | container | vanilla frosting |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease and flour a 13x9x2-inch baking pan; set aside. |
| 2. | In small bowl combine flour, sugar, and baking soda. In another small bowl beat together eggs, water, and vanilla. |
| 3. | In large saucepan melt butter and 1 cup of chocolate morsels over low heat. Stir in egg mixture and flour mixture. Mix until smooth. Stir in remaining chocolate morsels, white morsels, and nuts. |
| 4. | Spread in prepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. |
| 5. | Cool in pan on wire rack. Warm frosting in microwave oven on high setting 20 to 30 seconds or until melted. Drizzle over brownies. Cut into squares. Makes 24 servings. |
