Traditional Pumpkin Pie
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 | 9-inch unbaked pastry shell | |
| 1 | can | (15oz) pumpkin (about 2 cups) |
| 1 | can | (14oz) sweetened condensed milk |
| 2 | eggs | |
| 1 | tsp | ground cinnamon |
| 1/2 | tsp | ground ginger |
| 1/2 | tsp | ground nutmeg |
| 1/2 | tsp | salt |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Preheat oven to 425. In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except pastry shell; mix well. Pour into pastry shell. |
| 2. | Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350; bake 35 to 40 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Let cool. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers. |
