Creamy Baked Cheesecake
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 1/4 | cup | graham cracker crumbs |
| 1/4 | cup | sugar |
| 1/3 | cup | margarine or butter, melted |
| 2 | pkg | (8oz) cream cheese, softened |
| 1 | can | (14oz) sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk) |
| 3 | eggs | |
| 1/4 | cup | lemon juice |
| 1 | container | (8oz) sour cream |
| 1 | can | (21oz) cherry filling or topping, chilled |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Preheat oven to 300F. Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press into 9-inch springform pan. |
| 2. | In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy; beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Beat in eggs and lemon juice. |
| 3. | Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 50 minutes or until center is set; top with sour cream. Bake 5 minutes. Cool. Chill. Top with filling. Refrigerate leftovers. |
