Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 | lbs | confectioners sugar |
| 1 | cup | soft margarine |
| 1 | cup | vanilla cookie crumbs |
| 1 | cup | peanut butter |
| 1 | cup | flaked coconut |
| 1 | pkg | (12oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Mix (cream) butter & sugar together; add remaining ingredients (EXCEPT for the chocolate chips). |
| 2. | Shape into small balls about 1" diameter. Refrigerate until cold. |
| 3. | Melt chocolate chips in saucepan. Add half bar wax (double boiler). Insert toothpick in peanut butter ball and swirl in chocolate until completely covered. Place on wax paper and let cool. |
