Church Window Cookies
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 | stick butter or margarine | |
| 1 | pkg | (6oz) chocolate chips |
| 1/2 | cup | chopped nuts |
| 1 | pkg | mini colored marshmallows |
| flaked coconut |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Melt butter and chocolate chips together. Cool. |
| 2. | Add nuts and marshmallows. Stir until all covered. Divide mixture into three parts. |
| 3. | Place flaked coconut on a sheet of waxed paper. Spread chocolate over coconut. Form in a large roll. Continue with other two parts. |
| 4. | Chill in refrigerator or freezer overnight. Unwrap, slice and enjoy! Makes about 3 dozen. |
