Jingle Bell Fudge
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 | pkg | (12oz) butterscotch chips |
| 1/2 | cup | chunky peanut butter |
| 2/3 | cup | sweetened condensed milk |
| 1/2 | cup | walnuts, chopped |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Combine butterscotch chips & peanut butter in top of double boiler. |
| 2. | Place over boiling water until chips melt; remove from water. |
| 3. | Spread in foil lined 8" square pan. |
| 4. | Press chopped walnuts into surface & chill until firm. Cut into 1" squares. |
