Chocolate Biscuits
Recipe Ingredients:
| 8 | digestive biscuits | |
| 200 | g | Cadbury's dairy milk chocolate |
| a small amount butter or oil (for wiping over tray) |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Crumble the biscuits in a bowl and melt the chocolate in the microwave for about 20 seconds although it might need a little more depending on the microwave. Then mix them together in a mixing bowl. |
| 2. | Get out small tray (small enough to go in the fridge) and make sure you wipe it over with butter or oil. Put a teaspoonful of mixture on tray in a flat shape (one teaspoon per biscuit, 8 biscuits.) Then put biscuits in the fridge to cool for 2 hours approx. Makes 8. |
