Chocolate Chip Cookies
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 | cup | shortening |
| 1 | cup | brown sugar |
| 1/2 | cup | granulated sugar |
| 2 | eggs | |
| 2 | tsp | vanilla |
| 1 | tsp | baking soda |
| 2 | cup | all purpose flour |
| 1/4 | tsp | salt |
| 2 | cup | chocolate chips |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Cream together shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla. |
| 2. | Mix in the flour, baking soda, salt and chocolate chips. |
| 3. | Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 375F oven for about 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool on wire rack. |
