Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1/2 | cup | oil |
| 4 | (1oz) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted | |
| 2 | cup | sugar |
| 4 | extra large eggs | |
| 2 | tsp | vanilla extract |
| 1/2 | tsp | salt |
| 2 | cup | all purpose flour |
| 2 | tsp | baking powder |
| 1 | cup | powdered sugar |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Mix oil, chocolate and sugar. Add one egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla, salt, flour and baking powder. Chill overnight, or for several hours. |
| 2. | Heat oven to 350F. shape dough into balls of about one teaspoon each and roll in powdered sugar. |
| 3. | Place dough balls approximately 2 inches apart on a well greased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 50 cookies. |
