Chocolate Snowdrops
Recipe Ingredients:
| 125 | g | (about 1/2 cup) butter, softened |
| 3 | Tbsp | sifted confectioners sugar |
| 2/3 | cup | plain flour |
| 1/3 | cup | cocoa |
| 1 | cup | almonds, finely chopped |
| extra sifted confectioners sugar (for coating) |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Preheat oven to 300F. Cream butter & confectioners sugar until light & fluffy. |
| 2. | Add sifted flour & cocoa & mix well. Fold in almonds. Chill until firm enough to handle. |
| 3. | Roll a teaspoonful of dough at a time into marble sized balls. Arrange on tray. Bake for 20 minutes or until firm. Remove. Roll in confectioners sugar while still warm. |
