Christmas Ginger Snaps
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1/2 | cup | shortening |
| 1 | cup | sugar |
| 1 | egg | |
| 1/3 | cup | molasses |
| 2 | cup | flour |
| 2 | tsp | baking soda |
| 2 | tsp | ginger |
| 1 | tsp | cinnamon |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Preheat oven to 350F. Put shortening and sugar in a large bowl. Beat well. |
| 2. | Add eggs and molasses and beat until light. Stir in flour, baking soda, ginger and cinnamon. |
| 3. | Roll pieces of dough into small balls. Place onto a greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle the tops with a little white sugar. Bake 12-14 minutes. Let cool and enjoy! |
