Cinnamon Cookies
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 | cup | shortening |
| 3/4 | cup | confection sugar |
| 2 | cup | cake flour |
| 1 | cup | chopped nuts |
| 1 | tsp | cinnamon |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Cream shortening and sugar thoroughly, then add flour and nuts. Blend together with cinnamon. |
| 2. | Drop by spoonful on a greased cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350F. |
| 3. | Sprinkle top of cookies with confectioner sugar. Yield: 35-50 cookies. |
