Easy Peanut Butter Cookies
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 | cup | peanut butter |
| 1 | cup | sugar |
| 1 | egg |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a cookie sheet covered in foil. |
| 2. | Mix together sugar, peanut butter, and egg in that order. |
| 3. | Drop by teaspoonfuls about an inch apart on foil covered cookie sheet. Take a fork and press down each cookie with the tines, making a criss-cross pattern. |
| 4. | Bake in oven 7 minutes, or until golden brown. Makes about 18. |
