Fluffy Shortbread Cookies
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 | cup | butter, softened (margarine will not work) |
| 1/2 | cup | confectioners sugar |
| 1 1/2 | cup | flour |
| 1 | jar | maraschino cherries |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Beat ingredients together until light and fluffy (usually 5 or more minutes). |
| 2. | Drop by teaspoonful on ungreased cookie sheet. Top with maraschino cherry. |
| 3. | Bake at 325F for 8-10 minutes. |
