Fruit Cake Cookies
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 | lbs | margarine (4 sticks) |
| 1 | lbs | brown sugar |
| 3 | eggs | |
| 1 | Tbsp | milk |
| 5 | cup | sifted flour |
| 1 | can | flaked coconut |
| 1 | tsp | baking soda |
| 1 | lbs | white raisins |
| 1 | lbs | nut meats |
| 1 | lbs | candied cherries |
| 1 | lbs | candied pineapple, diced |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Measure 4 cups flour and mix with baking soda. |
| 2. | Combine fruit, coconut and nuts and dredge with 1 cup sifted flour. |
| 3. | Cream butter. Add sugar and cream together. Add eggs one at a time. Mix in flour. Stir fruit, coconut and nut mixture in cookie batter. |
| 4. | Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375F for 10 minutes. Makes 6 dozen. |
