Triple Layer Cookie Bars
Recipe Ingredients:
| 1/2 | cup | margarine or butter |
| 1 1/2 | cup | graham cracker crumbs |
| 1 | pkg | (7oz) flaked coconut (2 2/3 cups) |
| 1 | can | (14oz) sweetened condensed milk |
| 1 | pkg | (12oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips |
| 1/2 | cup | creamy peanut butter |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Preheat oven to 350F (325F for glass dish). In 13x9-inch baking pan, melt margarine in oven. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over margarine. Top evenly with coconut then sweetened condensed milk. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. |
| 2. | In small saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with peanut butter. Spread evenly over hot coconut layer. Cool 30 minutes. Chill thoroughly. Cut into bars. Garnish as desired. Store loosely covered at room temperature. |
