Recipe Ingredients:
| 1 | cup | sugar |
| 2 | eggs (beat in one at a time) | |
| 1 | cup | chopped nuts |
| 1 | cup | currants |
| 1 | Tbsp | vanilla |

Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Make pie dough and roll out. Cut with round cutter to fit muffin pan. |
| 2. | Fill with prepared currant filling. |
| 3. | Bake at 350F until light golden brown. |
