Chewy Noels
Recipe Ingredients:
| 2 | tsp | butter or margarine |
| 2 | eggs | |
| 1 1/2 | cup | brown sugar, packed |
| 5 | Tbsp | flour |
| 1/8 | tsp | baking soda |
| 1 | tsp | vanilla |
| 1 | cup | chopped nuts |
| confectioners sugar |
Recipe Instructions:
| 1. | Melt butter in small baking pan over low heat. Beat eggs slightly; add vanilla. |
| 2. | Combine sugar, flour, soda and nuts. Stir into beaten eggs and vanilla. Pour mixture over butter. Do not stir. |
| 3. | Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until center is set. Turn out of pan onto rack. Cut into squares and dust bottom with confectioners sugar. |
